About me

I am an old and experienced translator, now working alone.

Having lived and worked for over fifty years in Germany, Spain, South America, Canada and the US, I claim to be tri-lingual as a translator and interpreter (Sworn in as Court Interpreter in the FRG and Canada).

Qualifications

I have developed special skills in difficult technical and scientific subjects (including legal work and patents) in a great variety of areas. As well, I have translated several books. I can guarantee my translations. But I will not accept demanding work at prices charged by beginners with no or little experience.

Education

I studied Economics in Germany and Spain, Linguistics in Germany and Trust Business in Canada.

Experience

I owned and operated a Language School in Krefeld, Germany (Berlitz , later renamed Weltsprachen Institut), and taught English, German and Spanish.
Over a period of forty years, I have worked as a translator (periodically with Associates).
